At IT CART, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Product Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with invoice.
  • Software products and customized assembled PCs are non-refundable.
  • Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible for refund.

Service Charges

  • Charges for repair, installation, or technical services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Refund Process
