Product Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with invoice.
- Software products and customized assembled PCs are non-refundable.
- Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible for refund.
Service Charges
- Charges for repair, installation, or technical services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
